Finance Manager

Candidate requirements:
- Higher education in economics
- Knowledge of Polish accounting standards and tax law
- Ability to prepare management reports and conduct plan-vs-actual analysis
- Knowledge of Comarch ERP Optima software
- Experience handling loans, leasing, and bank guarantees
- Residence in Poland and eligibility for legal employment
- Fluent in Polish and Ukrainian
Scope of responsibilities:
- Building and developing the management accounting system for the Polish branch of the group, including preparing cash flow statements (CF), profit and loss statements (P&L), and balance sheets
- Overseeing cooperation with the external accounting office
- Preparing management reports and plan-vs-actual analyses
- Verifying and maintaining accounting documentation
- Preparing and executing payments
- Liaising with banks and handling loans, leasing, and bank guarantees

Procurement and Logistics Manager

Your responsibilities:
- Actively searching for and developing a supplier base in Poland, Europe, and other markets
- Conducting business negotiations and securing favorable terms and pricing
- Concluding contracts with suppliers
- Organizing and coordinating domestic and international deliveries
- Working with existing suppliers and developing long-term relationships
- Placing orders and monitoring their timely fulfillment
- Preparing documentation for customs clearance
- Organizing and running procurement processes and tender procedures
- Controlling settlements with suppliers
- Maintaining records of orders, deliveries, and purchases
- Preparing procurement reports and analyses
Employer requirements:
- Higher education
- Professional experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain
- Experience in foreign trade (import/export), international logistics, or procurement in European and Asian markets is a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience working with ERP systems is a plus
- Polish language skills sufficient for confident business communication
- English at a communicative level (minimum B1)
- Knowledge of Ukrainian
- Eligibility for legal employment in Poland
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of import and export procedures
- Knowledge of Incoterms

- Ability to conduct cost analyses and optimize procurement processes

Team Leader / Foreman

Responsibilities:
- Organizing and coordinating the work of the electrical installation team
- Actively participating in the assembly of equipment and electrical installations
- Supervising work execution in accordance with technical documentation
- Monitoring the quality and timeliness of completed work
- Assigning tasks to team members
- Overseeing compliance with health and safety (H&S) regulations
- Collaborating with the project manager and client representatives during project execution
- Reporting on work progress
Requirements:
- Experience in the assembly of equipment and electrical installations
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Valid SEP qualifications
- Experience coordinating a team, or readiness to take on the role of team leader
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Category B driving license
- Willingness for frequent business trips within the European Union
- Responsibility, independence, and strong work organization
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with others.
