SENUVOL Technology
SENUVOL is a unique contactless technology for measuring the volume, profile, and mass of grain in vertical metal silos. The technology allows receiving real-time data with an accuracy of up to 98% from any location equipped with Internet access. It is designed to automate grain control at elevators, terminals, and agricultural enterprises. SENUVOL works effectively in conjunction with SENUMAC technology for automating grain transshipment in ports.
Traditional methods of measuring grain levels in silos (e.g., simple level sensors or measurements based on average pile height) often provide inaccurate data due to the uneven surface of the grain and the geometry of the silos. SENUVOL solves this problem as follows:
- Measures the volume of grain in each container in real time.
- Сalculates the weight of grain based on this data, knowing the density/nature of the crop.
