Automotive industry: companies “Bogdan” (Isuzu) and LEONI

What was done

For the “Bogdan” (Isuzu) corporation, the design, manufacturing and supervision of installation of power distribution boards for the paint shop power supply system were carried out. “Bogdan” Corporation is a Ukrainian automotive corporation and one of the main manufacturers in the automotive market of Ukraine.

For LEONI, a control system for a frequency-controlled electric drive based on Siemens equipment was developed and implemented for the mechanical drive of the winding machine. An automation system for the operator workstation of the harness winding machine was also implemented. The commissioning of the drive control system allowed LEONI to significantly simplify and increase the efficiency of technological processes, which positively influenced the overall productivity of the enterprise. LLC “LEONI Wiring Systems Ukraine GmbH” is part of the LEONI AG holding, whose headquarters is located in Germany. LEONI AG is a leading global manufacturer represented in more than 30 countries. The main directions of the holding are: production of wire and cable for various industrial sectors; production of wiring harnesses, wires and other components for the automotive industry.
