Cabinet filter
They are mainly used at grain storage and transshipment facilities in areas of direct dust formation — for example, receiving hoppers of unloading complexes.
A modular dust removal system consisting of several cabinet filters ensures dust extraction in the receiving pit, where grain is unloaded from trucks or railway transport, minimizing the release of grain dust into the environment. Dust-laden air formed during grain unloading is drawn into the dust removal system, where dust settles on the filter elements, while purified air enters the clean air chamber and is discharged into the atmosphere by an exhaust fan. The grain dust collected on the filter sleeves is returned back to the transported product during system self-cleaning (regeneration).
Main technical characteristics of the cabinet filter:
Advantages:
- compact design
- high air purification efficiency due to the use of filter elements made of synthetic calendered polyester PES-400
- corrosion-resistant body made of galvanized sheet steel
- reliable pneumatic components, including explosion-proof versions (ATEX22), from trusted manufacturers such as Camozzi, MecAir/Turbo, and others
- can be installed on any type of receiving hopper
- possibility of connection to existing centralized compressed air systems
- preservation of transported product mass
- purification class — not lower than 3 according to ISO 8573
